Undertaking of Student

I solemnly affirm and undertake that PIAMS can nullify my admission /enrolment at any stage in case I am found guilty of any of the following.

• Any Misrepresentation of the Data Furnished in My ‘Admission From’
• Any Anti-Social Activity on My Part
• Misconduct
• Poor Attendance
• Poor Academic Performance
• Violation of Policies & Procedures of HAMS

I hereby also undertake to abide by all the rules and regulations of the institute. I also to abide by the Director’s decision that on poor performance in academics, attendance and discipline; I will not be allowed to appear in the KU examination. I also agree that in such case I will be liable to clear full session dues, or if already paid, shall not be entitled to any refund on this account. Furthermore, my enrolment in the next session at PIAMS will automatically stand canceled. However, I may be allowed to enroll with special permission and at the sole discretion of the authorities.

I hereby agree that my admission will remain provisional till the announcement of Intermediate Examination Results (incase of BS-(BBA) / Bachelor’s Examination Results (in case of MBA) or equivalent result. I also agree that if I do not meet the admission Criteria after my results my admission will stand canceled. I understand that I will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever; in case I wish to cancel my admission.
